# Sharing and collaborators

Inviting collaborators by email, configuring roles, and managing access.

## Inviting by email {#invite-collaborator}

Invite collaborators by entering their email address on the Page Management screen (/page/:pageId). Collaborators will receive an email invitation and can access the page immediately upon logging in.

## Roles: Full vs Read-only {#roles}

Collaborators can be assigned one of two roles: Full access or Read-only access. Full access allows collaborators to add, edit, reorder, and remove links and buckets. Read-only access allows users to view and click links without making modifications.

## Removing collaborators {#removing-collaborators}

Page owners and administrators can remove collaborators at any time from the collaborator list in Page Management. Removing a collaborator instantly revokes their access to that page.
